At Zia Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade tiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all qualifying orders. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and custom orders or samples are considered final sale.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific quantity of full, unopened boxes you wish to return.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct warehouse shipping address for your return.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repack tiles in their original packaging and secure them onto a pallet if necessary to ensure they arrive at our facility without breakage.

Ship and Refund

Ship the items back via your preferred carrier; once our team inspects the tiles and confirms they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
